Equipment

We are equipped with KUBOTA (Japan's KUBOTA) high-precision feeding system and maag (Germany's maag) high-precision and close grain system. The proofing research and development mainly use the domestic famous brand POTOP's precision twin-screw extruder and precision double drawing instrument complete sets of prototypes. The color comparison test mainly includes the HunterLub color measurement system from the United States. It provides an important guarantee for the production of high-quality masterbatch.

Quality

With excellent quality, the product obtained ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management system certification and ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system certification again in October 2019 (the first was in October 2016). In January 2020, SGS tested the masterbatch and colored filaments, and the test results of cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and phthalates were in line with the limit requirements of the revised Directive (EU) 2015/863 of RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Appendix II. At the same time, according to the EU REACH regulation No. 1907/2006, screening tests were carried out on 205 kinds of high concern. The SVHC test result of products was less than 0.1% (w/w), which fully met the requirements of REACH regulation.
