At present, color master has 26 high-end twin-screw extruders from KraussMaffei (Germany), Cobeilon (Germany Coperion) and Rhea (cpm). There are 12 production lines of black masterbatch, and the daily production of black masterbatch is about 100 tons. 6 production lines of white masterbatch, with a daily production of about 30 tons of white masterbatch; Color masterbatch 8 production lines, daily production of color masterbatch about 30 tons; BOPP masterbatch 3 production lines, the daily production of pulling film masterbatch about 15 tons.

The main supporting equipment is KUBOTA (Japan's KUBOTA) high-precision feeding system and maag (Germany's maag) high-precision and close grain system. The proofing research and development mainly uses the domestic famous brand POTOP's precision twin-screw extruder and precision double drawing instrument complete set of prototype. The color comparison test mainly includes the American HunterLub color measuring system. It provides important guarantee for the production of high quality masterbatch.
