Features of BOPET Film

Biaxially oriented polyester film, as an important functional material, is widely used in various fields. It is made of polyester as the main raw material and processed by biaxial stretching. The production process of biaxially oriented polyester film generally includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality polyester resin as raw material, and carefully design and mix the formula to ensure stable quality of raw materials.
Extrusion: The pre-mixed polyester resin is extruded into film sheets through an extruder to form a preliminary film.
Biaxial stretching: After the extruded film sheet is heated, it is stretched through a biaxial stretching machine to produce stretch deformation in both the length and width directions, thereby improving the strength and transparency of the film.
Cooling and solidification: After stretching, the film sheet is cooled and solidified to maintain the required shape and performance.
Cutting and packaging: Finally, the film is cut and packaged into finished rolls or sheets to facilitate subsequent transportation and use.
Packaging industry: Biaxially oriented polyester film is often used in the packaging of food, medicine, cosmetics and other products, such as transparent packaging bags, cling film, heat shrink packaging film, etc., which can effectively protect products from contamination and damage.
Printing industry: Due to its excellent optical properties and smoothness, biaxially oriented polyester film is also often used as printing materials, such as advertising posters, book covers, color prints, etc., which can display clear and full patterns and text.
