Matting material series
FM series is a special material for producing matting film. During the production process of BOPP film, a uniform rough surface will be formed on the surface of the film to play a matting role. Among them, FM201 has the characteristics of low die separation and low pulling roller precipitation; FM301 has the characteristics of high fluidity; FM401 has the characteristics of low precipitation, high fluidity and high-quality film surface. There will be slight differences in the above characteristics of different raw materials.

Recommended dosage
The extinction layer is added at 100%, and the extinction is generally 1.5-3 microns. In order to achieve an ideal matting surface: for a film of 12-15 microns, the thickness of the matting layer is recommended to be 1.5-1.8 microns; for a film of 15-30 microns, the thickness of the matting layer is recommended to be 1.8-2.8 microns; For films larger than 30 microns, the matting layer can achieve the effect within 2.8-3 microns.

store
The storage period of this product is about one year at the highest room temperature of 35°C. If the storage temperature is too high, the quality of the masterbatch may be affected.
